  •  Those rates are per nights and include VAT tax and charges, excluding the City Tax.
  • The hotel service is daily (household and towels change), except kitchen & dishes : cleaning at your own.

  • All stays start at 3 pm and end at 10 am.

Rates include:

  • Rental apartment are fully furnished and equipped with dishwashers, utensils and kitchenware, microwaves , traditional ovens, cooktops in vitro ceramic, fridge, TV, phone, safe box, WIFI, the use of water & electricity.
  • Daily household during your stay, except kitchen dish and the whole kitchen.
  • Lavery in basement (washing machine and the dryer machine).
  • Bed linens and towels provided for the persons’ arrival.
  • Free access to the indoor pool and hammam.
  • Free access to the park & outdoor pool of the Golden Tulip Hotel de Paris****

Rates are not included :

  • Baby crib, 15€ per day, package of 60€ per week
  • Parking lot located in front of the Villa Annette****, 25€ per day
  • Animals 15€ per day, or package of 65€ per week and per animal. Dogs of 1st & 2 nd category are not allowed (on request only).
  • The city tax is 1,60€ per day and per person, payable at the reception.
  • Additional person fee: 60€ per day & per person.
  • The cleaning of your daily kitchen dish, proposed and optional at 35€ for each cleaning service.

Deposit : returned to you on departure after inventory and control of the good condition of the entire apartment.

  • 500€ for the 2 Bedrooms apartments
  • 750€ for the 3 Bedrooms apartments
  • extra deposit of 250€ will be required for any pet stay.
